Bila kita ikuti bagaimana biasanya para numerolog memperlakukan suatu tanggal, maka yang dilakukan adalah penjumlahan total dari angka-angka yang terdapat pada sebuah tanggal.
B ila kita jumlahkan tanggal peluncuraan tersebut maka kita akan mendapatkan angka 7 sebagai hasilnya. Tanggal 22 menjadi 4, lalu Oktober adalah bulan 10, sehingga total menjadi 14. Angka 1 dan 4 menjadi 5. Lalu 2009, berarti 2 ditambah 9, yaitu 11. Angka 11 ini dijumlahkan dengan angka 5 tadi dan hasilnya adalah 16. Yang terakhir ini, 1 dan 6, menjadi 7.
